For over 2 years, Mr King missed skiing and playing lacrosse competitively.
Within just 2 weeks he was skiing longer days than he had for the last few season.
What changed?
We got to know what the cause of his knee pain and instability was and tailored exercise solutions that worked to free him from pain and allow him to play harder and keep up with friends in the mountains.
We went from hardly being able to throw a tennis ball (not good for lacrosse competitions) to confidently throwing across the gym floor after just a few shoulder rehab exercises.

Brandon came with knee instability that made it hard to confidently snowboard.
With multiple collarbone breaks, regaining shoulder strength and mobility was an important priority too.
With a few exercise therapies done consistently, we saw the hips, shoulders, and knees balancing out and finding stronger, more athletic alignment.
Brandon felt the upgrades on the snowboard and now champions the 50+age bracket.
Occasional hip pain and knee instability can creep back in if fairly consistent with the exercises and simple exercise therapies.
Brandon now travels the US keeping fit and having fun in the mountains.

I’d consider myself well balanced as it relates to being responsive to the stressors of ski and tennis.
Within one session, Noah, showed me where I was ‘dropping the ball’ He gave me 3 exercises to fix my asymmetry, and I’m a better athlete and overall performer because of it.
